“I had a severe flare-up of back pain/spasms and could barely walk at times. Jainita was brilliant and explained everything thoroughly. She used a range of techniques including manual manipulation, cupping and Tecar therapy which eased the muscles and stopped the spasms, and helped ease the pain significantly over 10 sessions. I was given clear advice and exercises to do at home. I would highly recommend.”

“Jainita treated my knee after I strained it during a run. I was limping when I went in to see her and she was able to pinpoint exactly what needed to be done in that session to reduce the pain inflammation within minutes of examining me. I was walking without a limp by the end of the session AND able to do a 60+ minute spin class the next day with no issues. Jainita was also helpful with advice on follow-up stretches and exercises to prevent my issue from reoccurring. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to address the root cause of their injuries/pain, and not just treat the symptoms.”

“I’ve been coming to Empower Rehab twice a week for 6 weeks after coming home from hospital after a spinal cord injury and Yesha and Jainita have been so wonderful and helped me to improve my strength a lot. They’ve adapted the sessions to focus on key areas of concern and have helped me to progress and feel more confident in my mobility.
