What services do you offer?
We help with muscle and joint pain, sports injuries and recovery after surgery; conditions like stroke, Parkinson’s and MS; breathing and heart problems; cancer recovery; and staying strong and steady in later life. We also offer physiotherapy-led massage.
Can I receive treatment at home or online?
Yes. We offer face-to-face, virtual and home-based therapy. Contact us to discuss the best option for your needs.
What happens at my first appointment?
We’ll chat about what’s going on and what you’d like to get back to, check how you’re moving, and agree a simple plan together. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
